How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is always free at Harriet & Bloom — every order, every item, no minimum. Every parcel is tracked, and your tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
How long does delivery take?
- Order processing: 1–3 business days. Orders placed before 11:00 PM ET begin processing the same day.
- Transit time: 6–12 business days after dispatch.
- Total estimated delivery: 7–15 business days from the day you order.
We currently ship to the United States only.
How do I track my order?
Use the Track Your Order page in our menu, or the link in your shipping confirmation email. If your tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days, contact us and we'll look into it personally.
Delays
Occasionally carriers run behind, especially around holidays. If your order is more than 5 business days past the estimate above, email info@harrietandbloom.com and we'll make it right — including a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Wrong address
If you entered an incorrect address, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll correct it. After dispatch we can't reroute parcels, and orders shipped to a customer-provided incorrect address can't be refunded.
